NoahLabs / Adam
Personal Google integration

Adam privacy notice

Last updated: 29 October 2026

About this integration

Adam (currently named “Adam Gmail” in Google’s consent screen) is an owner-managed personal assistant operated by NoahLabs. This notice covers the Google account that the owner explicitly connects to Adam for personal Gmail and Calendar automation. It does not authorize access to anyone else’s Google account.

Data accessed and purposes

Subject to the permissions granted in Google’s consent screen, Adam can search and read Gmail messages, headers, snippets and requested attachments; prepare, send or reply to email when instructed; and read or manage calendar events, availability, attendees and reminders as needed for requested scheduling tasks. Only configured, authorized features may run.

Processing and recipients

Requested content and relevant context may pass through the self-hosted n8n workflow, hosting and operational database providers, and configured AI or speech services such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs to produce the requested response. If the owner uses WhatsApp, requested summaries and replies pass through Meta’s WhatsApp service. Emails and invitations are disclosed to the recipients selected or authorized by the owner. Relevant service providers process data to deliver these functions; data is not published on this website.

Use limits

Google user data is used to provide the requested assistant features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Adam’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to the owner and authorized maintenance where permitted by that policy, such as with consent or for security or legal needs.

Storage and protection

Google authorization tokens are stored in the assistant’s credential system. Workflow history, conversation records, operational databases and encrypted backup copies can retain content needed for operation, troubleshooting or recovery. Access is restricted to authorized administration, and transport encryption is used for supported connections. This notice does not claim that data is never stored or that every provider processes it in the same country.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

The owner can revoke Google access at any time through Google Account → Security → Third-party connections, and disconnect the related n8n credential. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase existing operational records or backups. The owner can request deletion of stored assistant data using the contact below. Operational copies are removed after the request is verified, except where retention is required for security or legal reasons; retained backup copies expire through the configured backup rotation. No fixed deletion deadline or automatic retention period is promised here.

Contact and updates

For access, deletion or privacy questions, contact atef.taboulleh@gmail.com. This notice is limited to the described personal integration. Any expansion to customer accounts or materially different uses requires an updated notice and appropriate authorization. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
